DIN KYC
Form DIR-3 eKYC is introduced to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for Directors of all companies. It is mandatory for all Directors who are allotted DIN by or on 31st March and should be filed using a Digital Signature Certificate. It is to submit within one month of every financial year i.e, 30th April to the MCA.
